Seafood & Salmon
World fish production is divided into fishing (capture) and aquaculture.

In 2020, approximately 90.5 million metric tons of fish were captured, while 84.1 million metric tons were bred, raised, and farmed through the controlled aquaculture process. Since it started in the 1960s, the farmed salmon industry has grown substantially in the past decades, and today approximately 70% of salmon produced worldwide is farmed.
King salmon are a carnivorous fish, in the wild will eat anything from insects on the surface of the water to juvenile birds. Our feed is a unique formula to container all the nutrients needed to optimise health and growth, and to sustain the changing demands throughout their lifecycle.

Salmon are an excellent source of high-quality protein, are rich in flavour with a delectable delicate texture. Salmon also has some of the highest omega-3 levels per serving compared to other seafood species, which supports healthy hearts, brains and joints.
We take utmost pride in our attention to detail, caring for our seafood throughout the supply chain. Our vision is to contribute to a sustainable food future and assure our customer of affordable, premium quality produce.
